Standalone CR test equipment has been introduced by Hartridge over the past years to reflect the growing number of CR pump and injector repairs and to offer workshops dedicated test machines optimised for the task of testing either an injector or a pump, no compromises are made between pump and injector requirements ensuring that you have the most effective test bench for each technology.

CRi-PC

Dedicated to testing CR injectors the machine provides an authorised test platform for Delphi and supports “All Makes” testing of Delphi, Denso and Continental CR injectors.

CRi-PC have operating pressures upto 2000 Bar and re able to test both light duty (passenger cars) and commercial vehicle injectors.

To ensure the best fit and most cost effective solution for the individual workshop, the CRi-PC can be configured as a single line or four line test solution, tailoring the investment to the requirement of the workshops requirements.

CRp-PC

Dedicated to CR pump testing the CRp-PC makes no compromises, with Auto pressure control to reduce test times, 6500rpm capability to allow for the full speed testing of direct drive CR pumps and 30HP motor future proofing for larger capacity and higher pressure CR pumps, the CRp-PC offers a workshop a sound investment for today’s and the foreseeable future of CR pumps.

IFT-70

For those workshops and garages wanting to enter the CR testing market, the IFT-70 provides the ideal tool to start down the road to full injector repair. Users of the IFT-70 are able to quickly asses the condition of injectors to determine if they need to be replaced or repaired. This simple test can save the workshop and the vehicle owner time and money incurred by the incorrect replacement of serviceable injectors.
